The Indian Navy, Applications are invited from unmarried male Indian citizens for Short Service Commission (SSC) as PILOTS in the Executive Branch of the Indian Navy for Course commencing Jul 2011 at the Indian Naval Academy Ezhimala, Kerala.

Pilot Executive Branch :
No of Post : As per Ministry of Defence.
Essential Qualification & Experience : A graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 65% marks. Should have qualified Mathematics & Physics at 10+2 level.
Scale of Pay : PB-3 RS. 15600 to 39100 Grade pay RS. 5400/- Per month.
Age Limit : Between 19 to 23 years (candidates to be born between 02 July 1988 to 01 July 1992; both dates inclusive)

Physical Standards :
(a) Height and Weight. Minimum height 162.5 cms with correlated weight, leg length, sitting height and thigh length.
(b) Eye Sight. The minimum acceptable vision standard for distant vision 6/6, 6/9 correctable to 6/6, 6/6. Should not be colour/night blind.
